Because each manuscript check runs immediately and consumes AI processing on submission, all purchases are final once a check has started, and we do not offer refunds for completed or in-progress checks.

If a technical fault on our end prevented you from receiving your report, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll investigate.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that service begins immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
